I was recently contacted by the good folks at The Golf Course Trades to pen an article for an upcoming issue. Apparently they had been following this blog for some time and were waiting for the right opportunity to reach out to me to see if we might be able to help each other out.
I honestly never thought it would come to this when I began this blog over three years ago. But, I encourage others in any industry to just start somewhere, and begin promoting yourself and your company, club or product as you never can truly anticipate the doors it may open up for you or your company or golf course.
So here is my stab at shameless self promotion: please click on the link to my article on The Importance of Proper Drainage to the Golf Course
and let me know your thoughts, or tweet it to your followers or share it on Google+, as I sincerely hope you enjoy the first of many more to come? Who knows.
Oh, and a little eye candy from The Toronto GC.
Thanks, Poor Old Dirt & Grass Farmer
