Periodic Leaching of Pushup Green Rootzones

 In Uncategorized

Relatively little is known regarding turfgrass rapid blight disease in the Southwest and SE US on annual bluegrass, and a few other cool season grasses. However, XGD Systems believes we can help remove some of the host condition from rapid blight, by providing an option to aid in leaching of the pushup green rootzone utilized through the installation of this subsurface drainage system.
More on these and other emerging turfgrass diseases can be found at http://www.grounds-mag.com/mag/grounds_maintenance_new_emerging_turf/ .
Now that we have some clubs in the Southwest interested in having more control over their soil moisture, and they don’t want to rebuild those classic old greens, XGD will be performing some aftercare research to let everyone know if we have helped out this cutting edge client.Utilizing our green drainage alternative as a tool in the superintendent’s arsenal, is an option we hope to provide to those clubs who may desire this underground, hidden XGD advantage.
Golf course superintendent’s who choose to sodium flush their pushup greens now have the freedom to do so whenever they may need it, without worrying about any repercussions because with XGD the superintendent now has the control over the soil moisture.
Over and out, Poor Old Dirt & Grass Farmer
