Existing Greens Drainage/Regrassing in Texas

Yes we did. We recently completed our first set of greens in the great state of Texas. Matt Magarian with crewmembers Cristobal Gayosso and others returned from their foray in to California, and stopped in Lubbock at  Meadowbrook Canyon Creek golf facility opened in 1933 and managed by Eagle Golf.

As you watch our master greens sod tie-in gurus effortlessly upgarde this pinnable area on this golf green after we had finished installing our subsurface internal greens drainage system. At Meadowbrook the club chose to purchase the sod/topdressing for this XGD greens restoration, and XGD handled the preparation of the greens sodbed areaensuring proper greens tie-ins that look like they have been there forever.

As you can see in this picture our greens regrassing staff is getting a little help from course superintendent Mike Painter’s dog keeping a watchful eye on the QC component for the City of Lubbock. Looks like the guys are well on their way to another successful greens restoration project, and hopefully the first of many in The Lone Star State. Our sales staff will be targeting the bigger metropolitan areas in TX this early summer so everyone is aware of our new and exciting XGD services offerings that we will be coming out with soon.
