Manasquan River GC Greens Restorations

Glen Wright and Joel Orozco are in the middle of a 2 green install at this gorgeous old classic on the shores of the Manasquan River in Brielle,NJ. XGD Systems has been completing a few greens/year at this Robert White designed gem near the Shore. Manasquan River Golf Club opened in 1923 and has been a NJ golfing treasure ever since.Glen’s pictures below illustrate the subsurface greens drainage lateral sod cuts and a  finish shot of the fifteenth hole with the river in the background:

Once Glen and Joel are complete here in a few days at Manasquan they will move on down the road to another Jersey shore golf classic Navesink GC for a few more greens there.
While David Welsh’s crew just began all the greens at White Beeches GC in Haworth,NJ after finishing up at Plainfield CC earlier this week.
