Project Updates

Here is a shot of XGD Project Supervisor Jason Harper pointing out the perfection of his Toronto Golf Club XGD http://www.torontogolfclub.com/ installation.

This XGD install will be wrapping up in a few weeks and it is our first soil/dirt backfill installation. Early results are in and as some of the greens with XGD installed early July are barely visible to the eye. This picture with Jason is a few days after the install in the driest period of the summer so far. In the background you can see the result of regrassing efforts taking shape by the staff at TGC. To me it looks alike to ryegrass overseeding in southern climates for winter golf.
Our stateside crews are wrapping up the green/fairway XGD install at Cape Arundel GC in Kennebunkport,ME http://www.capearundelgolfclub.com/ . From there 4 crews are splitting up to service XGD projects throughout the northeastern US this fall. Possibly at a club near you! Contact us if you are interested in viewing us in action this fall. TDIGolf http://www.tdigolf.com/ is involved in both of the September XGD fall projects, completing a historic H.S.Colt restoration with British architect Dr. Martin Hawtree at TGC, and Bruce Hepner overseeing the drainage, irrigation, bunker, tee improvements at the Maine site.
