XGD Regrassing at Trump International GC

Adam Francis and Mark Rowan, and crew, have been hard at it the last few weeks prepping Trump International GC  for a complete regrassing project at this Jim Fazio designed marvel in West Palm Beach, FL. The following pic exhibits XGD removing the sod and 2″ organic layer on #18 green. Next step will be removal of another 2″ of organic material, totaling 4″ of greens surface removed.

This next picture shows the tenth green with coring completed and the original contours retained. This green is now prepped for fresh greens mix and a rototiller treatment. The rototiller will blend the old mix with the new mix, and eliminate any layering between the existing and new greensmix.

And lastly, this picture exhibits the fumigation tarp installed with the tractor applied method. Fumigation tarps will remain on for 48 hours before the finishing process can begin.
